According to a study by the Spanish University of Zaragoza, 50% of the labeling adhesives used in the food industry contain TMDD. Our caseins as well as our synthetic labeling adhesives are completely free of TMDD. TMMD is used as an antifoam and emulsifier in the production of adhesives and has a toxicity class III, which is very high.
