cph Deutschland Chemie GmbH, hereinafter cph, respects the privacy of every person visiting our web presence. We would like to inform you about the data cph collects and how you are being protected. In some cases it will be necessary that we transfer your inquiries to cph affiliates within the cph group. Also in those cases, your information is kept confidential.

4. Partner Area

The use of the Partner area requires prior registration. CPH is entitled to reject such registration for important reasons at any time as well as to restrict access. After registration, the partner receives a user ID as well as a personal password. The partner undertakes to keep this password carefully and to prevent third parties from accessing it. Furthermore, the partner agrees that if there is a suspicion that an unauthorized third party has access to the password, they immediately notify cph. Once the partner has entered his password incorrectly three times, access to the partner site will be blocked. The partner may apply to c.baten@cph-group.com for activation.

5. Google Analytics Disclaimer

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (« Google »).
