We at cph test our products thoroughly to improve them all the time. That is why, besides our research and development laboratories, we have a technical center with various test systems such as Hot-Melt applicators and a labeling unit which is able to apply up to 120,000 labels per hour. Under these harsh conditions, we test adhesive consumption, spraying behavior, rheology behavior, setting time, viscosity behavior or the ability to clean. The Hot Melt applicators can apply hot melt adhesives in high-speed to a wide variety of substrates, which are clamped on a linear-motor-driven carriage.
